MTN, SUCH A USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

mtn has been so rude to me. a simple problem seems impossible to them. in july 2022 i took a contract for 2 phones, 1 phone was very faulty as it is not reading network on sim 2, the manager came the day after purchase and took it in to resolve the problem. we ran so many times back and forth to get feedback because the store refused to let us know progress. we've tried getting feedback from the complaints section but they also requested a bunch of info but did nothing about it. whenever we go into the store they're extremely rude to us and dont offer much help. we was told the phone was booked in but their customer care informed me it was not so they're also confusing. its so hard getting help from mtn. they act as if they're doing us a favor and do not treat me as a paying customer it is so sad.
