MTN SUCH A BAD AND SAD EXPERIENCE I HAVE

Good morning Hellopeter I have sent an email on the 9/7/23 MTN has SUSPENDED my number since the 3/7/23 after I have bought R250. 00 Airtime then I bought 900 minutes to use for my work related matters I have tried to call their customer care service they keep on giving me the ***** department number that is not even going thru they haven't responded or called or email me regarding this Query yesterday I tried to make a call see if it's unblock it was ringing then this morning it's suspended again I have can you please assist me to get this matter resolved or mtn to refund my money back from mtn then I will choose another Network that will hear and listen to my cry
