MTN subscriptions driving pensioner crazy
I have subscriptions going off my phone ( ********** 476) with sms'es driving me crazy. I have send the stop option to Vodacom (my SP) which said I don't have WASP subscriptions. When I try the same with MTN I get told the number is not recognized. I have tried responding with "STOP" sms to the number and on email and on internet to no avail. Please can this be stopped and can my number be removed form your database? I am a pensioner and can not afford all this stress and loss of my little income as it is.
Good day Martie,
Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns and affording us the opportunity to address the same. Kindly accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Kindly note that if vodacom is your sp, this query cannot be logged to us. You would need to contact them directly. We do not have access to your line. I have however searched the internet for you and found the below for you. If your sp is unable to provide you with any service, we can provide you with some direction. Should you be successful, i do suggest that you move over to the brighter side as we are able to provide some sort of service.See below details that i have found on the internet. We do hope that you enjoy the rest of your day.
Vodacom users can unsubcribe from all WASP services by sending “STOP ALL” to 30333.
Kind regards,
Ishie.
