MTN subscription- they opt in for the customer and robs R3 daily!!!

I am very upset, I demand an answer. When did I opt in for this???????(in concert - R3 a day) I want proof and want to know how much money you have ****** from me? I demand my money back!!!!!

If I do not get a response I will cancel my contract and report this as *****!!!!!
