Mtn subscription services

Hi. Mtn has a third party subscription services that just subscribes you in without your knowledge and they take your airtime. I loaded R300 airtime to pay for extra time and have extra time. Only to find R168 was taken for this subscription and when i call them, they can stop them but i cant get my air time back
