MTN Subscription ***** Prevention is weak. MTN ***** Confirmations Process Does Not Wor**** MTN is busy logging ********** accounts with Transunion.
Read this: You logged a ********** Account in my name at Transunion (after your MTN ***** Confirmations call line called to confirm that it was ***** with me. Disgusting. I have also logged this with ********** (reference number: 304359).
I am a Customer of Transunion and receive their notification alerts when accounts are added to my Credit Report.
This morning I received a notification and called transunion to alert them that this account is **********. I was advised to get a police affidavit, proof of residence and proof of ID. Which I did.
A dispute was logged with the Service Provider in question. Which is MTN (p.s., MTN's ***** prevention is clearly weak and negligent).
Anyway, this dispute will take 20 working days to resolve and in those 20 working days I am not able to apply for any credit. Which is an inconvenience to me, your Customer.
So ***** was committed in my name. Your Customer Care Agents through a list of randomised questions have verified and authenticated that I am who I say I am over the phone. I have submitted 3 documents, which I had to get certified at a Police Station (oh, don't get me started on how the affidavit needs 3 signatures, such nonsense). Then after all of that when the ********** dispute is logged, my credit report is blocked/frozen for 20 working days.
Disgusting Transunion. Absolutely disgusting. Your process leaves it all up to the Individual to prove their innocence, then while the Individual is proving their innocence. You disadvantage them by blocking their credit profile.
This process is as ******** as the ***** itself that took place. Disgusting.
Disgusting.
Anyway. You Guys can call me on ********** 632 or ********** 943 if you want to talk to me.
