MTN Subscription Crime Syndicate?

So I lodged a complaint with MTN last week Friday, only today to call the customer service line to follow up and be told my complaint has been closed...I have not received a reply to my complaint email or any call from MTN.

My complaint relates to the number *** bought and activated on 1 October 2019. I own the sim card which I bought to place in our home automated gate entry system.

I called the MTN call centre on Friday to enquire why the airtime I was buying for that gate was being used so rapidly, only to be told that there were several subscriptions loaded to that number. I have never requested any of those subscriptions. The sim card was only ever used in my Centurion Gate Device, and the device has no way of loading these subscriptions.

Further to this... I am an MTN client with a somewhat significant ARPU. My wife, our extended family, all my businesses use MTN. I trusted MTN and their sim card is what stands between my family's safety and a host of danger that may enter my property if the security of that sim is ever compromised. I am sure that their client base would not appreciate hearing that MTN allows access to these sims without permission by the owner and verified user...if they can allow a subscription to be deducted without my permission, what stops them from allowing someone access to clone my number and open my gate?

In short, I buy airtime which I expect to have full use of...not to be redistributed to unsolicited subscriptions that I have never given MTN permission to release my airtime to. I expect a detailed list of all subscriptions loaded onto that number from 1 October 2019 to date, and a refund for all my airtime ****** by these subscriptions.

I was told my complaint should be responded to within 48 hours, and asked that should my request need longer than 48 hours to action, they please let me know how much time will be needed. I have not heard anything.

If anybody can advise me how I take this matter further as I am sure there are a number of my rights being violeted with this matter.
