MTN stupid games subscription, I did not subscribe to your stupid games. I want my airtime back

I am so disappointed with MTN, I have recently noticed that whenever I recharge my airtime keeps disappearing and I contacted the customer line I was told that I subscribed to their stupid games. When I ask how does one subscribe to something they know nothing off, a consultant by the name Valentine mentioned that she doesn't know. I asked for my airtime back but she said she won't be able to assist me with that, if this stupid games were from a different company I would understand if she said she doesn't know but the games are MTN games. I think people should start checking their balances after recharge and after airtime advance because I am sure this is happening to alot of people. I want my airtime back, I will not recharge this sim anymore and I will notify all my family members to change to a different network provider as it happened to my mother last year and we thought since she is old maybe she did subscribe to this stupid games. I WANT MY AIRTIME BACK
