MTN stupid AC13 phone

I bought AC13 phone with the intention of using two sim at PEP Groblersdal,this people never told me l will have to wait for 12 months before their stupid phone can accept other network in the second sim slot mxm,l guess the cashiers do not know about this MTN ****,it is written on the slip
