MTN struggles to my phone connected

Since Febr 17th I have been trying to get my phone connected vir MTN Durbanville. The problems just seem to escalate. On 23 Febr I started from scratch at Cape Gate and now there is another problem. I don't seem to get to someone who has the urge to get the problem sorted out. This is highly frustrated as the end result is that I have been without a phone since Mid January 2016. MM Gorgens
