Mtn strive on bad service

Cannot even give one star. MTN is the worst telecommunication/cellphone provider ever!!! You can be on the line for hours to talk to a consultant, but still nothing is done.. you receive a reference number, and then the query gets closed befor anything has been done. If you you to a MTN shop, the people cannot help you, because the say they are not authorized.. want to cancel contract, because they don't tailor fit packages and you have to pay for midnight data that you never use, but oooh, just buy what you need exstra!!! If your contract expire they still deduct same amount, because you still owe them money for debit orders that did not go off corectly... According to them!
