MTN STRIKE - NEGATIVE EFFECT

I have been a loyal MTN subscriber for the past 18 years' the recent MTN strike has soured my views of the company. I am again due for an upgrade on a contract I hold for my wife and have been to numerous MTN Branches in Vredenburg, Century City and I have sent numerous mails and telephone correspondence - believe it or not I can not upgrade, this is ridiculous, every time I am told the new hand sets are not available due to the current strike, I have been approached by other subscribers to immigrate to them Cell C and Vodacom, however I rather view my disgust in MTN and wait for them to sort their business out I have been with them so long, now they drop me like this. I wonder how long this will take to rectify and will the contract and phone I'm interested in still be available whenever?? Come now MTN - Sort yourself out, this is again a negative view of SA.
