Mtn streaking my money !

I have been struggling since February 2021 when I made an upgrade with Mtn . The contact stipulated that it is R399 for 24 months . I also signed this document agreeing to this monthly premium.

Since February Mtn has deducted more that what my contract is , on their side it is R499 and is refusing to correct this , hence I signed for the R399 contract.

I have spoken to many customer service consultants , even went into a Mtn store to correct this , but no service what so ever.

Mtn is stil *****ing my money every month , refusing to correct their error.

Does Mtn understand the CPA , or can they continue *****ing my money !

I will not recommend Mtn to anyone , as they are useless , no customer service and do not have a clue how to assist anyone in any matter .

The have rep**** on my email , saying I need to phone them back, you call this customer Service???
