MTN stores take much longer than online please close the stores

App**** for contract at MTN Hazyview store BECAUSE I was tild it is quicker than ordering online. How wrong was I! Online there already would have been delivery. At the store I was told after application that I had to wait for 24 hours. Alsi that I would get smsses that I did apply and another when application was approved.

It has been much more than 24 hours. No confirmation sms nothing! No feedback. Then called the store. They couldn't tell me anything. They promised to check and phone back. After half hour I phoned again and was told it was still pending. I must wait another 24 hours.

What is this? Even pathetic cell c approves contract in half hour at their stores. Had I ordered online I would already have my device.

This is really poor service!
