MTN Stores in Rustenburg still useless!

I have had very bad experiences at all branches of MTN in Rustenburg.

MTN Store by Pick n Pay. 19th February I have just spent over an hour and a half waiting for staff to pitch. One is on leave, others are on lunch, there is only 2 tellers working, whilst laughing and/or being rude to customers. And today they're having stock take, you would think they would ensure customers are sorted out before they close early? There are other customers who have decided to go to Vodacom whilst I was sitting here.

MTN Store opposite Game. 19th February I have frequented this store continuously for over 6 months. Rude staff, lounging, slouched into their chairs, they ignore customers, not even a greeting? Not once have they been able to help me with absolutely anything. New sim card, new phone, assistance with my phone settings, purchasing data and airtime. Absolutely pathetic.

MTN Store opposite Rustenburg Square Spar Another store that is rude and obnoxious. When I was there last, the lady there, left me alone in store to go outside and smoke her cigarette. Its like they listen to respond, instead of actually listening to our request. I wasn't even finished explaining my situation and this "large" lady spoke over me and said she couldn't help. Its actually like she doesn't like men? or something. Very abrupt , not only with me, but other men there that day!

I have decided to move all three of my MTN accounts over to Vodacom. I'm so fed up.
