Mtn Stores does not answer calls

I find it pathetic that MTN being a phone shop does not answer their phones. I have been trying to call and upgrade my cellphone contract with every pathetic store in the Durban region. But upon dialling the store numbers, they dont answer the phone. I have phoned nuerous times. Gateway store in particular. I think all the sales persons are deaf because they clearly cannot hear the phones ringing.<br> Pathetic... Maybe i should consider another network
