MTN stores and call centres agents are so disappointing

I’m spoken to 6 MTN consultants no-one could assist with my home internet!!

1) System is not responding 2) They hang up if they cannot assist you 3) I don’t know were are and how I can get assistance!! 4)no-one calls you back after been cut of by the network

I have a list of 8 references and one can assist?

So disappointing
