MTN store Vanderbijlpark

I was from your store now even last year I wanted to return WiFi router month to month uncapped WiFi I called this number 083 135 and *** they said we can go to any MTN store and cancel this we will receive IRMS NUMBER then we call them with that number it will be cancelled but your Sales person disagree by the Name of Kenny.

Even now I called your head office they said the same thing we should return to any MTN store even if it was online purchase what is wrong with MTN Sales person in Vanderbijlpark or its Branches in Vanderbijlpark I even disputed debit transaction with my bank not to pay the WiFi because I don't want to use it anymore I have Fibre at my place
