MTN store staff in cahoots with ****mers?
My son's MTN number was given to a new customer who requested a sim swap. There was no sms / email / message of any kind warning him about the intended transaction. I contacted the ***** department at MTN and still have not received any feedback via that route - other than an automated email relating that the message was received along with our reference number. I then phoned the MTN ***** department, who could see on the system, when and where the unauthorised sim swap occurred. This person has gone ahead to stalk me and to show himself naked to my son'd friends in video calls. The only thing that makes sense is that someone at the MTN store is in cahoots with ****mers, making these ******* transactions happen. I am deeply disappointed.
