Mtn store Springs Mall

Hi my name is Bongi I went to Mtn store yesterday to do a sim swap at first i was assisted by a lady called Sibongile which was very nice and told me to bring an Id, Ricard sim and proof of address. I brought all those documents and lady by the of portia told me i won't pass security questions before i can even start with the process and i must go to police station to get the affidavit. I ask them to try, yes they did and told me that a failed and i must go to police station and make a statement. I went to police station and i come back with the affidavit as they requested. When i got there the same lady Portia told me that she won't be able to assist me because the supervisors are not available. She asked me if i have a certified copy of an ID but at first i was told to bring my original ID because they want to scan it. She told me to go back to police station to get a certified copy of my ID. Why am i being treated like a ********?
