Mtn store service and yellow bucks

I went to an mtn store to apply for a cellphone, the service was so bad that I ended up buying a phone for cash online. I did a sim swap but now I cannot access online banking, so I decided to use my yellow bucks and purchased 500MB valid for a week. I can’t connect with it.
