MTN STORE QUAGGA CENTRE PRETORIA

Good morning

I have a srs problem with mtn at quagga centre Pretoria, they are deducting money from me, of which i don't get anything from them. Dey are sending a data to the wrong number but deducting money from me, i have been to the store almost every week from march but i feel like they are not taking this matter serious,,, even yesterday iam from the store, they told me that they are busy solving my problem but i mean from march until now they are still fixing my problem
