MTN store - Pavillion - Westville. BAD Service

My review is in specific connection with the MTN store at Pavillion Westville (opposite mugg and bean)

They have a number on google ***. I have tried calling this number numerous times to which no answer OR someone picks up and puts the phone down straight away. I have called mtn customer care and pavillion management to ask for other contact number which either do not exist or no answer.

I do not live in the area so to go pop in isnt the easiest. But I returned a contract phone to this store and the employee never gave me a reference number. She also messed up my return on their new system and had to do it manually and told me to use my cell number as a reference to now cancel my contract. When I phone mtn they say they need the reference number (which I did not receive)

So now I'm being billed for a contract I want to cancel and cannot do because no o e at this specific store will answer the damn phone!!!!
