Mtn store outside canal walk in century city

R249 internet is wack, first of all i took their it on the 15th July and paid for extra for immediate activation, cool. i told their consultant that i would like the debit order to go on 25th, she said its ok, they didnt deduct the debit order on 25th August so i paid instore on 2nd septemberon the sameday they deactivate my service telling the debit order bounced, i was told the internet would be active within 48hrs it didnt,went to the store on 16 september consultants did bother to check they told me its a technical problem i must come back monday fir the technician , again i went to the store only to findout the consultant put the 15th ad the debit order date and the informed that 25th is not possible on the system, new news in my ears i paid again instore 22 september, technician told me its not a technical problem its a service problem, sent to the consultant again, service still could not be activated, today 28 September went to the store again they can not help service still inactive
