MTN store is embarrassing

<p>On Cyber Monday I app**** for 2 contracts on a special. The store in El Ridge centre in Boksburg was inundated with applications and the consultant who was extremely helpful managed to put through the app by 8pm. A week later after calling everyday I was told its declined due to affordablity which is impossible. Worried, I paid n downloaded my credit report and with huge relief I discovered my credit rating of 982/999 excellent. I called MTN and was told the consultant captured a salary of R20000 which is well below my salary. Being declined due to incompetence is EMBARRASSING!!!</p>
