MTN store in Pretoria CBD at Standard Bank Centre
I first went to the store November 2016 to apply for contract. They never ordered the phone I wanted which made me settle for anything. They are several things the stuff does which I wonder what the manager says 1. The stuff is always chowing gum. I asked one if its allowed she looked at me with a mean face. 2. Theres always a system problem which I know its out of thier reach but then the manner they informed me is shocking because now its like they want to get raid of me. 3. The manager himself is always there but then says nothing. 4. They work with phones yes I agree but then they pick up calls while with a client, talking to their partner discussing what to eat for lunch. One lady said to her boyfriend on the phone "I cant wait to get done bacause they disturbing my lunch"
A year later I visit the store, I find it revamped but same stuff with same attitude still chowing gum. Two weeks ago I went to the store 17:15 I found it closed while the closing time is written 17:30 Yesterday I went to the store found out one of my contracts its 2 years while I was informed its a year cos its promotional data.
