Hi I'm very frustrated with the service I'm receiving from mtn! With my new contract please contact me. I recently upgrade my wifi line to a mobile contract the staff from the store in mtn pick n pay Chatsworth I always deal with didn't want to advise me on a mobile suitable for me and forced me to take an hisense H50zoom which didn't work well after 2 to 3 days of use and I was told this phone does everything and works fast. I returned the device and he didnt want to make a note that I did not want an hisense device! I needed a Samsung now he send my phone to repair center for testing which I clearly don't want. Because I was not aware of the specs as I asked him to go online from mtn store computer and he says he is not allowed to! And then I asked him to help me out and use his personal phone he said he can't he was getting furious and kept telling me the best phone for me is a hisense H50zoom. Please Some1 contact me and change this device as it's not in my category of work abilities. He even told me it has gorilla glass 3 after I took the hisense home I went on the net and saw it was a normal glass phone. Please I need a Samsung I don't mind paying extra for a good phone these cheap phones are waste of money! Maybe to people who don't use a mobile as part of they everyday life! But I do and I need a fast operating phone! Not something I have to waiting 5mins to open and the app to load!
