Mtn Store doesn't have knowledge on the packages he sells
I visited the Mtn store in Mall @ Carinival. I had some questions around the 1000GB Sim-only deal. This is a "STORE ONLY" Deal, hence why I went in to the store.
The Mtn consultant could not answer my questions and told met to phone the customer service number in the Mtn Deals booklet. I was sent from the one consultant to the other... Eventually I spoke to someone telling me that they cannot help since the store consultants are trained on these "STORE ONLY" Deals....
I am disappointed, since the store consultant could not answer my Question. How does this work? Not having knowledge on the products you sell is unacceptable!
I am just sorry that I never got the name of the consultant

The other "Sim-only" Deal for the same price is a 24 month contract... Sim-Only but not month to month? What is the point of that also....
Come on MTN! You make me excited about a "great" looking deal on paper, but it doesn't look to great when you read the FULL Details
