MTN Store - Coastlands Gatemax

Abysmal customer service. Vuyo Baduza, the sales consultant assisting me in-store, keeps explicitly promising to call me back but has not done so once.

I have done the pre-order for the Samsung S23 deal, I have been in the store to try and upgrade, but only received empty promises.

It's one issue that their is a system constraint, but when someone repeatedly promises to phone and does not, it is unacceptable.
