Mtn store Chatsworth centre

Hi MTN this how my bad experience to your store at the Chatsworth center was I paid for the r250 uncapped WiFi on the 30 of Nov 2023 I was told that I only have pay a pro rata for one day little did I know I was paying for the whole month of Nov on URL advert for black friday it said that it came with 6months free Disney+ and a r250 Takealot voucher which I didn't receive .fast forward on the 14th of December I was cut from my internet service when I went the store I was told I have to pay when I did pay it was still block I went back to the store the two ladies at the mtn store Chatsworth was actually fight with us and even screaming over the manager that we need pay our accounts they made us wait over two hours at store . Me has a consumer I should be treated like the way I was treated manager and staff at store I need someone from the mtn group to contact if mtn deals businesse like this I should rather join another network provider I'm feeling like I was ****** n made fun at from the two ladies at the front. I want a compensation for days lost of service
