MTN store

This is the second time I write a review because first time I didn't get a respond from the company. I've been waiting over a period of 5 months, for my phone that went in for repairs. Everytime I'd visit the store, to check how fair it is, because I've been waiting for a very long time now, they would give me attitude and their stuff is not friendly at all. My went in when still under guarantee, even now still under guarantee, but they fail to always help me. They always tell me they will give a call back, but they never do so. I'm tired of always going forth and back with them. Please help me, I'm very hopeless right now, i need my phone. Now I'm even paying for a phone that I don't even have. Please help me ***
