MTN STORE CASTLE GATE CENTURION

MTN Castle Gate Centurion, I took out a contract with them for my wife and they setup the spend limit up to R5000.00 without my concern. I only noticed all that when my wife called me to tell me that her phone is making outgoing calls but when she checks the minutes and airtime they're R0.00 and she's still able to connect to the internet but her data bundles are not going anywhere not changing. When I check her phone the out of bundle limit was set to over R5000.00 and no body told me anything about that, I took the phone back to the store the lady whom I found there she told me that on each and every new contract the spend limit has to be set to R0.00 unless the client wants to their own amount, she then took my details and promised to escalate the situation and get back to me but she didn't after 2days I went back to the store again I got the same lady and she Apologized for not getting back to me then she called her manager they did the same thing again took my details and promised to get back to me but they never did until I went back to the store again, then they told me that I am liable for the amount spent out of bundle since it has already been spent. When I call customer Care they're telling that the store is at fault they are the one's who were supposed to ensure that the device it's set to R0.00 on spend limit before handing it over to me. But the store still says I have to pay for that out of bundle amount spent. So I only paid for two months which were billed according to our agreement from the I stopped paying since the simcard was suspended until today and I will never pay a cent to them until they resolve their issue .
