MTN Store, Campus Square, Auckland Park

I purchased a tempered glass from MTN store in Campus Square, Auckland Park, Johannesburg on 20 August 2018. The consultant Jennelle proceeded to replace my screen protector and i left the store. Later the day I while typing i noticed that the screen protector was not placed correctly cause now I had to type hard on the screen to use my Samsung S9+. The following day 21 August 2018 I returned to the store and explained the problem to the same lady Jennelle and all she did was clean my screen and gave my phone back saying everything is fine.

On 29 August 2018 my phone fell on its side and the screen protector popped off and cracked, with this i realized that it was on stuck on properly and the sticky part was not sticky at all hence why the screen protector came off. Today 30 August 2018 I returned to the store at Campus Square, Auckland Park again and i explained to them what happened. Jennelle couldn't even look me in the face and say I'm sorry let me have a look or anything. One of the other consultants just plain down said to me that its not their fault and I will just need to purchase a new one, need I mention that this screen protector for a Samsung S9+ costs R299.00. I then tried explaining again and no one listened all the consultant could tell me was it need to purchase a new one. And just to add on that this is the 3rd screen protector in a space of 4 months.
