MTN store at Stone Towers in King Williams Town is useless and they have bad service

MTN shop in Stone Towers in King Williams Town is useless. I went there to do a sim swap and I was told that there is only one person who dose that and that person is not at work and I should come back tomorrow or go to East London which is about 60km from King. That as it may I was sold the sim card and told that sim swap will be done the following day. I called the following day at 09:28 and I was told that the person who does sim swaps is still not available bu the have sent my details to that person who will do it remotely and they will call me on my alternative number once done, its now 14:16 and I have not received a call from the shop. Their consultants have bad attitude and bad service.
