Mtn store a total **** trade route mall lenasia

I am writing a review on the services I have received from MTN,on the 5th of February 2021 I purchased a sim card if R200 which was suppose to be loaded with a 15g till date I have never seen that it's in March 2021. I am very unhappy with the services I received from the mtn store situated in trade route mall I have been back and forth returning this empty sim card and on the 19th march 2021 I was given a sim card and was told its loaded with the data when I returned home it had only 800mb not even a 1 g was loaded please take into consideration I paid R200 for this . I have requested my money back and ever since I will advise each and every mtn customer to please look into this I am unemployed and I will not rest till this is taken serious I am a loyal well I was a loyal mtn user.
