mtn stopped sending my billings

After 20+ loyal years with mtn they have suddenly decided to stop emailing me my billings documents. The last one I received via email was December 2023. I send an email to customer care on 18 March and received a reference number. No further action as yet. I called them this morning and was assisted by someone who, after she confirmed I live in the Western Cape, asked me which country I reside in. After getting my phone, address and ID detail she put the phone down with no further information or even a courtesy goodbye.
