MTN Festival Mall wants to bury me alive. MTN is a wolve in sheep’s skin. I cancelled my contract in September MTN wants to force a R2100.00 charge for a router I returned in good condition. Zintle,the consultant who closed my account claims she closed the account and submitted everything while my credit score drops dismally every month.

MTN is clearly giving its consultants a mandate to not service cancellations only new business because old clients were only as good as a new chewing gum. I am still waiting to see the cancellation form for the home router contract as to what was logged there because I cannot pay R2100.00 for a router that costs exactly R2100.00 while I obviously brought it back in full operational condition!! This is so low
