MTN stop taking me and Sterkspruit people for a ride do the right thing

I have contract phones and sim cards with MTN both my sim cards are currently not working, the first one MTN does not allow me to do swim swap telephonically but other mobile campanies are able to do it over the phone, because I am 400 kilometers from a place where I can get their store.the second one MTN just took it off network though it was fully operational and they are unable to restore network to it .what is more frustrating they monthly debiting my bank account for something I do not benefit from,worst part of it they have failed to help me and MTN network is a nightmare in Sterkspruit ,Eastern Cape with poor reception on a daily basis.
