MTN, STOP *****ING MY MONEY!

What is it with mobile service providers? I have a recurring charge for 1GB of data on my MTN contract that I did not sign-up for, nor am I receiving this service. I first noticed this in March 2016, I called MTN and asked them to remove this from my aco****. It is now December, this charge is still on my account!!!

What do I need to do to get MTN to stop *****ing my money for a service that I did not ask for or getting!

Dear MTN and Siphumezo,

Inspite of the above promises, on my latest invoice, Januaury 2017 the 1GB recurring Data Bundle is still reflecting on my invoice and I don't see any credit on it for the charges made incorrectly.

So you are still *****ing money my money...
