MTN STOP ****MING PENSIONER

I have a bad experience with mtn in regarding my refund for the home internet router... it took time for the courier company to deliver but ended up delivered.. when they do security biometric check my finger prints couldn't apper and they returned with the router back to MTN. ...i tried to communicate with them regarding my refund... ii was told to print bank statement and proof of payment and send it to them via w MTN WhatsApp chat... its been over 6 weeks now still hearing stories from MTN... i need my R425 that was paid as an upfront payment for router cause i don't have anything from my site that belongs to you!!!! billing account number BA*** *** im very angry with MTN please stop ****ming me im a pensioner who survive on sassa grant... as big As MTN company you can't refund me...
