MTN stop debiting me

I extremely disappointed with MTN, tried to upgrade my contract with no success. I eventually cancelled it, within the cancellation period to be debted more than double my normal installment. They still continue to debit me two months after cancellation with no explanation. I have escalated this and no one has contacted me as yet.
