MTN stole the data on my no-expiry pre-paid voucher

I believe it is now ******* for cellphone companies to have an expiry date on data. While on holiday (Dec. 23, 2018) I bought a 10 GB data bundle. The voucher clearly states: Expiry Date: None.

Despite that, on January 23, 2019 MTN seized my remaining data - 5 GB worth. I have called, emailed, scanned and sent in the aforementioned voucher - twice. This has been going on since January 23 and I now believe that they have no intention of honouring their voucher. They continue to give me new reference numbers but seemingly, no one has attempted to rectify the matter.

I specifically asked if the voucher had an expiry date. I was told no, and the voucher said no expiry date. Where does this 30 day validity come in??
