MTN Stole my phone

<p>I am on my way to the SAPS this afternoon to report a ****** phone- the phone was handed in at MTN head office for repair in Nov 2016 they now claim thay cant find it and its not their problem- this is besides the charges for data 34 gig every day for a month that I am contesting but they refuse to give me itemised billing so that we can sort this out (BTW) we have asked them to stop all data downloads since August last year which they agreed to do but continue to bill us for data that we didnt buy or agree to !!! Im handing this over as there are more ways to ***** from me than I can immagine with this company</p>
