MTN STOLE MY OLD PHONE AND INCORRECT BILLING

MTN is over charging me for an upgrade. They refuse to correct my billing and took my old phone. I was supposed to get R400 a month credit because I gave my old phone to them, but they just stole it. This is the Sandton City branch, so I am going to the police station to open a ******** case.
