MTN STOLE MY MONEY FOR YEARS!

i just got off the call with the MTN contact centre, disgusting service! I called MTN years ago to cancel my Tablet, as I was involved in a smash and grab and it was ******, only to find out that the cancellation was not done (and this was perceived to be my fault), because God forbid MTN taking responsibility for their ****ty, non existent internal processes. After years, it has just been cancelled (10 minutes ago). I DEMAND A FULL REFUND FROM MTN. Stop robbing your customers. My reference numbers from today is ********** 47 and ********** 41.
