MTN stole my money

Mtn stole funds from me on November 20th by overcharging me R3000 more than my normal debit order. I get charged R767 monthly and in November I got debited R3817. Its been a month now and the not one person was able to initiate the credit to my bank account. They are quick to charge interest but to pay out they can't
