MTN stole my money, did they ***** your money as well?

I signed a new 24 month contract with MTN that offered 30 gigabytes of free data for the first month.

MTN billed me over R2000 for my first month because MTN forgot to load the 30 gigabyte promotional bundle.

MTN has admitted that the 30 gigabyte promotional bundle was mistakenly loadded late by MTN.

Now MTN refuses to credit my account or give me my money back.

I have been logging calls with reference numbers sinch April 2016.

Do we have any recourse or will MTN continue to continue to ***** money?

I apreciate that the perception that has been created that MTN is looking at this issue; however MTN has not delivered on it's commitment yet again.
I was told that I would be contacted latest yesterday (23rd November 2016) to inform me of the resolution.

As it stands, the call is NOT RESOLVED and there has been no feedback.

This call has still Not been resolved after 8 months.

I have just called the MTN Custmoer Care and was on hold for 7 minutes until I was told that the call centre is closed and the call was terminated by MTN.

(Number Dialed: 808 - Security Check was done by MTN - Date of call: 28 Nov 2016 - Time of Call: 13:08)

This is not the 1st time that I have called the MTN Customer Care line.

Dear MTN, I can not get a hold of you telephonically and written communicaiton goes in vain.

What are my options?

Here are some options for anyone interested:

1. Vodacom

2. Cell C

3. Telkom

4. Anyone else...

Dear MTN; how about you receive my monthly premiums after 8 months?

The CPA allows "Subscribers" to cancel their 24 month contract (with MTN):

SECTION 14 - FIXED TERM AGREEMENTS IN
TERMS OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT 68
OF 2008 (“CPA”)

This is where I am with regards to me running out of options.
