MTN Stole my money

I went to buy airtime worth R35 on MTN website because I had no data to go to any other site and it was at night in a rural area. No shops open. The date and time was: Mon, 30 Aug 2021 18:24:00 They sent the receipt and Lo and behold they said they would send my airtime within 48hours. Why would I buy airtime now of I needed it days later? Now it's the 5th of September and I am still waiting for my airtime and 48 hours passed a long time ago. This is me leaving MTN.
