MTN stole my money

<p style="color: #555555;">This has not been resolved, my account was debited of R739.91 for data that was apparently used (still waiting for Mike to send me the itemized bill for this) used after I asked for the contract cancellation on the last day of the 24 month. despite the fact that the SIM was never in a mobile and destroyed the day I cancelled it (Feb 23 the 24th month). MTN REFUND ME FOR CHARGING ME FOR THE MONTH AFTER I CANCELLED MY CONTRACT BUT LEAVE THE CHARGES FOR APPARENT DATA USED A MONTH AFTER I CANCELLED AND WAS OUT OF CONTRACT? &nbsp;Mtn are ******* and Mike Ramaboka is a ****, as he first accepted the charges are not possible, said he would escalate the matter and has not refunded me till date nor replies to my emails. Kindly be advised that a credit note was sent to our banking team for approval and  we still awaiting feedback. Please note that a refund can only be processed once the credit reflects on the account.

As per the attached picture of my statement on the right hand side!!! How can you charge me R739.91 in April, 2 months after the end of contract? I saw my mtn statement, i was credited for R209 but debit ordered R739.91 for APRIL! a contract that was cancelled in FEB! My email reference shows clearly the contract was cancelled in FEB, the last installment was due in March, so what the **** is April charges for? I have shared this daily on facebook and linkedin with over 2500 people. They public awaits your prompt response.

Still havnt received information as to my refund or in typical fashion as seen by many other customers. MTN forget to refund monies owed and ***** from people. Given their reputation in the africa market, its expected.
