Mtn stole my money

Mtn is the worst network ever. I have been having constant issues with over billing and no one does anything about it. You call their billing department and you are told to sort it out with the branch where you took the contract out. It has been over a month now and still now resolution. They just continue to over bill me by almost R400 per month. Best of all I wanted to cancel due to previous issues and was begged to stay and promised that I will not experience issues again. Well here just 4 months after my upgrade and I'm am already having issues again. No customer services at all. No help what so ever and not one to actually solve an issue. Management don't even call you back. What a disgrace of a company. Where is the pride. You should treat all your clients with the same respect and care no matter if they are big or small.
